Cornyn, a Republican from Texas, told Politico that he's written a letter to Obama "telling him, 'Don't move these dangerous terrorists to Texas - we don't want them there.'"
"I think governing is a lot harder than campaigning," Cornyn said. "I think he needs to be very cautious about precipitous action that could well endanger American citizens."
C'mon Texas, buck-up buckaroos! A fraidy-cat pussy Texas is not good for America.
Update: Yeah I know that the governor of Kansas has expressed the same sentiment re: Fort Leavenworth. I know she's pissed that she wasn't the one being sworn in as VP on Tuesday, but that's no reason to puss-ify a state founded on the premise that all good christians are called by God to engage in guerrilla warfare against slave-traders.
